Can I return the artwork I purchased?
All sales of artwork on this website are final.
My artwork arrived: damaged/ not delivered/ lost/ stolen. Is this something you can help with?
I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by USPS or UPS, and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. I package or pay UPS to package to ensure that your paintings arrives undamaged. I do not run the USPS or UPS, and have no control over the package in transit. It’s just as much of a bummer for me to see damaged paintings as it is for you to receive them.
Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen
If your package is marked “Delivered” and not found on your doorstep, check your confirmation email (inbox or spam folder) to ensure that you input the correct shipping address.
I am unable to replace your original painting for free if the shipping address is incorrect, double check!
If your package is returned to my studio I am happy to forward it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the additional postage.
If your address is correct and your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly. There is nothing we can do on our end, and we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues.
